customer ask about the test voltage of the device of the THB test (see qualification report). He needs this information in the qualification report).

Hello,

The ESD Ratings that the UCC28881 was design to handle is listed in section 7.2 of the data sheet.

These high voltage tests were done based on the time that the standards listed on the data sheet require.

the question was related to the THB (temperature, humidity, bias) test. What VIN, VOUT was used?

Hello Holger,

Sorry for the confusion. I talked to an IC designer about this and this testing and it is part of package qualification and not finished product qualification.

That is why there are no specifications in the data sheet in regards to this testing.

Why is your customer asking about this?
