LP87702-Q1: spec question

Part Number: LP87702-Q1

Hi Sir,

Customer are using two buck function of LP87702-Q1 to output 3.3V and 1.2V.

They would like to know what is the shortest time that the 3.3V and 1.2V will be ready when Vin supplied?

Many thanks,

Patrick

  • Hi Patrick,

Which PN you are referring to? Basically LP87702-Q1 is capable 5V VIN, but we don't have any catalog version available for it. Released LP87702DRHBRQ1 is fixed for 3.3V VIN. Which means that Buckx Vout could be at the maximum VIN-0.8V (<2A load) and VIN-1V (>2A load) in range 0.7V-3.36V

According to datasheet driving NRST input high initiates OTP read and enables the system I/O interface. Minimum delay from NRST reset input rising edge to I2C write or read access is 1.2ms. If Buckx startup delays are 0ms, then slewrate and output capacitor define final time when Buckx outputs are ready.
