Device topside marking decoder is TI Confidential - NDA Restrictions (Requires a MIC NDA).

I applied for marking information by TI Customer support center, but I didn't get the information I need.

Hi Candice,

This information is NDA gated. Thus it cannot be shared freely with entities that do not have an MIC NDA with TI. It also cannot be then shared with a third entity that doesn't have an NDA with TI.

I would ask your customer to contact TI Support with the goal of setting up an NDA.
