I am trying to design a -3.3V, 0.5A supply using this part. It is driven from a 24VAC, 1A transformer, and we float the 3.3V below the 24VACHOT Rail. We get a ~1V negative spike at power up, which may damage the digital devices on our board. We confirmed this spike using SPICE simulations and using the EVM module for the part. Schematic and scope picture attached.  Can this be fixed or can you suggest a part that will work here? Trace 1 shows the 3.3V at power up (1V/DIV).
