does any one help us if ATL431 supports wave soldering.

Thank you very much. I have just checked the document quickly and it seems not to recommend solder dip method at all, one of the wave soldering method that I understood, or do I understand correct any method is acceptable as long as TI recommended Time/temperature profile "WAVE SOLDER" in Table 1 (shown below) is used.

That should be correct. This is because the ATL431 is qualified for wave solder due to the MSL level qualification for JEDEC J-STD-020E. The solder dip method is at the discretion of the engineer at the customers company who handles the soldering profiles but we dont guarantee or test for it.
Thank you for your explanation. I will tell our customer ATL431 can support wave soldering but cannot support solder dip.
