TPS542941: quiescent current and shutdown current

Hi 

The datasheet specifies the Vin current is 1300uA (condition EN1=EN2=5V, VFB1=VFB2=0.8V) 
1. Does it referring to non switching condition?
    If not, what is the quiescent current at non switching condition?

2. Could you explain the reason of shutdown current 80uA which is relatively high?

    Hi, Kelvin

    1. Yes, it is non-switching condition.

    2. Confirmed with designer, when EN1=EN2=low, some internal circuits(including bandgap reference and bias circuit) are active, so the shutdown current is a little big.
