Hello;

We have encountered such an error in 2 of the IC. Why does this happen? In this case a new image can not be discarded.

1- Why does this happen?
2- How to solve?

Please make sure that the device is unsealed, full access.

Also, please turn off Auto Refresh (top left, highlighted in green).

But unseal full access does not work. I do not communicate in any way with the device.

Please attach a screenshot of the data memory window (data class doesn't matter).

I have same problem with bq40z80. Although I tried your advices , I do not communicate in any way with bq40z80.

I am sending the screenshot of the data memory you want to in following picture. How can I solve this problem ?

Did bqStudio recognize the gauge or did you manually select it from the list when you launched bqStudio.

What interface do you use (EV2300, EV2400, GDK)?

BqStudio recognized the gauge. I did not select manually.

EV2400 is used.

Please use the latest bqStudio 1.3.92 and also upgrade the EV2400 FW by searching for EV2400 on ti.com. It will take you to the FW updater.
