TPS22975: tD, tON, tr, formula calculation

Please let me know tD,tON,tr what kind of parameters were affected for ex, VBIAS, CT, CL??)

I would like to see calculation formula or estimated value under following condition.

VBIAS 3.3V, CL=0.1uf, CIN=1uF CT=not defined yet. please tempollary use 1000pf as datasheet default case.

    Yoshimura-san,

    We provide the formula for the slew rate for this device on the datasheet. From the slew rate you can calculate the rise time. Equation 1 from the datasheet describes this. We do not have formulas for tD and tON.

    V_bias, V_in, CT, R_L and C_L all affect the timing characteristics of this device. V_on does not affect the characteristic if it is larger than V_IH.
