TPS54060: What is the diffenence between TPS54060 and TPS54060A

Hi,

Now i have a problem about TPS54060.Before, TPS54060A is used in my DC/DC circuit.

And the circuit works properly.When i replace TPS54060A with TPS54060,and increasing load,

the output voltage drops sharply.I'd like to know the differences between TPS54060 and TPS54060A.

I will have to check what the differences are.

Can you give more details about your application and what you are seeing?

Hi,

According to my notes the main difference between the two are:

1) ESD ratings is better on the A version

2) EN threshold is tighter on the A version

You can scroll down to the datasheet and find the information on the electrical characteristic table.
