Hi,

I have two questions related to level shifters.

1. When device is disabled (EN=0V) and LVIx is logic high, what would be level on HVOx?

2. Electrical specs on page 5 list level shifter sourcing and sinking current to be 800uA while description on 7.7.4 on page 15 mention it to be 200uA. Which one is correct?

I got EVK today and tested level shifters in disabled mode and they turned out not High Z instead they are switching between (Vout-Vd,diode) to GND depending on logic levels at the input of the level shifter.

For 3V input, they were switching between 2.5V to 0V.

Hi Biren,

the driving current is 800uA minimum. the behavior of the level shifter is as your description and observation in the EVM.
