TPS61087: TPS61087

Hi,

I am using the TPS61087QDRCRQ1 chip in our design,

please provide FMEA (failure mode effective analysis) data for the components. "TPS61087".

example like  : FB -pin is open what will be the effect 

      FB -pin short with supply voltage

same like above we need all the pins, kindly provide ASAP.
