UCD3138: When my UCD3138 +XDS100v2 device is connected to Windows 7, it is recognized as an HID-compliant device

The device is recognized as an HID-compliant device in Win7.

When creating a new project, clicking the "verify" button will display the error in the figure below.

What is the problem? What do I need to do, is there any solution?

Hello,

This may be due to the fact that you did not include the support for emulation tools when you have installed the CCS.

To add the support of emulation tools, please go to the Help menu:

Help -> Install new software :

And install the support for Spectrum digital emulation software.
