    Mark,

    Thanks for the interest in our FETs.

    The parameters we specify for body diode are on page 3 of the datasheet in the Diode Characteristics section.

    With regards to current handling capability, in theory that the body diode can support the same current as the FET.

    Please note, the body diode has a constant voltage drop and is therefore limited by power loss in the actual application to keep the device within the datasheet maximum temperature limits.
