Q1.could you tell me what condition its D/S defines as "Off state"?
what is the condition we expect for Off state condition?
does it mean that high side FET turns OFF?
Q2.once the current on inductance is below than threshold of current limit, Controller (IC) turns High side FET ON immediately ?
8.3.11 Current Protection for VDDQ
The SMPS has cycle-by-cycle overcurrent limiting control. The inductor current is monitored during the OFF state
and the controller keeps the OFF state during the inductor current is larger than the overcurrent trip level. The
trip level and current sense scheme are determined by CS pin connection (see Current Sensing Scheme
section). For resistor sensing scheme, the trip level, VTRIP, is fixed value of 60 mV.
Q3.for soft start, does it mean that it is the time duration from Vddqu reaches 80% ?
total soft start is 85us(constant) + the result from below equation?
tvddqss=(2*Cvddq*Vddq*0.8)/(Ivddqocp) + 85us(constant as above shown)
