TPS7A33: the accuracy with temp rang of 30 - 45deg

Dears

my customer would like to use this TPS7A33 in high accuracy application, and need to know the temperature coeff, but we can not find the data in the datasheet.

and also the range of 30 to 45 deg is the range we care more about, in the datasheet, we can only find a wider range accuracy.

Hi Jun,

I reviewed the archives but did not see any additional information that would help answer this topic.
Keep in mind that the temperature listed in the datasheet is the junction temperature of the component.
With a sufficient load, the power dissipation will increase and will cause the junction to rise higher than 15-20 degrees.
In such a scenario the data published in the datasheet across a higher temperature will be more accurate to your expected operating conditions of the TPS7A33.

If you need another linear regulator with tighter tolerances, another option is to review our linear regulator search tool.

Another option is to add an external zener diode to improve the drift and accuracy.
