Hi Team,

    Need your help to see if any suggestion that can  reduce the ramp up timing of TPS563201? 

    The spec is to let the ramp up time less than 0.5msec from vout 0V to 2V for 3.3Vout. Circuit is as attached.

    Hi Albert,

    TPS563201 has a fixed soft start time of 1ms. We can't adjust the ss time without ss pin. As for the requirement of 0.5ms from 0V to 2V for 3.3Vout, the typical ramp up time is 2/3.3*1=0.6ms. What's the bench test value? Maybe you can try with only two 22uF capacitors to see if any difference. You could also see the TPS563210A, which has a ss pin.
