UCC256301: Fail ? I become not 100V

Part Number: UCC256301
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC25630-1EVM-291

Hello!

I have a problem with the circuit.
The circuit does not transmit the voltage correctly. I assume it is due to the resonant circuit?

Does anyone have pictures of measurements on VCR? Is it a sign of the incorrectly parameterized resonant circuit? What should VCR look like?

Can anyone help me further?

Thanks in advance!

If data is still needed, please let me know that I will deliver.

The control of the Mosfets also always remain the same.

  • Hello,

Sorry for the issues you are having.  I ran an open loop simulation to show what the VCR and ISNS pins should look like.  I used the UCC25630-1EVM-291 VCR and ISNS dividers along with the resonant capacitance. You can find the EVM at the following link.   If you have not ordered this EVM you should.  It will help you evaluate your design and what the wave forms should look like.

The application excel design tool can be used to check your designs setup as well.

There are few application notes at the following link which can also help you evaluate your design and avoid design issues.

There is also a Simplis model that you can use to evaluate VCR and ISNS of your design.
