LM5017: LM5017 used as flybuck

HI Team, 

In LM5017 datasheet, LM5017 can be used as flybuck by adding coupled windings. I wants to know whether every sync buck converter can be used like that. Is there any limitation? 

I find LM5161 is marked as flybuck converter, while LM5164 is not marked. Why?

    Hi Hollis,

    Sync buck converter can be configured for Flybuck conversion if the low side switch allows big reverse(negative) current( flows into SW pin).  LM5164  has DEM function to prevent negative inductor current, so it can't be used in flybuck conversion.
