TPS54302: Over current protection / thermal shutdown

1. when the device stop switching, what value of Iout?

2. all the test are with TI EVM, correct?

3. change Vout to 1.2V, then test again (set same Iout, if the issue disappear: trigger OC; otherwise, trigger OT)

2. Vout 1.2V and Iout 4.57A, IC power loss will be lower, and can't trigger OTP

For 1,
Hiccupt time before restart is 16384 cycles. Then the time is 41ms ( =16384 * 2.5ns). The wave form shows 99.2ms as interval time.
I guess this is too large gap between actual result and tHIC_RESTART.

Do you think this is your expect behavior? If yes, could you please show the validation (Max / Min) for tHIC_RESTART?
