TPS2120: Can I drive logic levels onto OV1 and OV2 and use them as enable/disable for IN1, IN2 paths?

Part Number: TPS2120

I want to be able to manually select either IN1 or IN2 for passthrough and also be able to disable the output altogether, even if good voltages are present on In1 and/or IN2. Can I fake out the OV inputs to achieve this? If I put 3.3V onto OV1, that should prevent IN1 from being connected to the output in all circumstances, correct? Whereas driving 0V onto OV1 would allow operation to proceed as normal. Is it safe to do this? It is ok if I don't have actual over voltage protection function.
