Is the 16 to 28 uA Gate Pin source current range mostly dependent on part to part variation?  

Figure 8 in the Typical Characteristics show that it's not dependent on temperature very much (at least for 5V-17V operation).

    Hi Christopher,

    You are correct, 16 to 28 uA accounts for the variation due to process (from part to part). As you see in Figure-8. Gate Pin source current parameter has less dependency on temperature for 5V to 17V Vin range.
