My customer is using BF800 JFET and considering 2N4339 what alternative can we offer?
Either a high impedance or ultra-high impedance should do the job…. It is for pyroelectric detectors, see below….
We are targeting key user parameters of

2.4 to 2.6V |

Target Vcutoff (Vgs off) |
-0.5 to -1.7 |
The 2N4339 should would work, but can we assist with TI alternative?
