That formula is only going to be applicable to a VBIAS of 5V. The bias voltage is going to have a direct correlation on rise time so you will need data at the correct bias level. Check the following thread for this data:

What is the application for this device? The TPS22965-Q1 is an automotive part. If your application is not automotive you might do better with the TPS22975 which will be pin-for-pin compatible and have a thermal shutdown feature.
