UCC27710: Differences between UCC27710 and UCC27712

Part Number: UCC27710
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27712

Hi team,

Could you tell me why the UCC27710 and UCC27712 pin configurations are different?

Look like the same BD, and just wondering about it.

If it's not able to show online, please send the e-mail directly to the address below.

  • Hello Kitajima-san,

    Thanks for reaching out.

These are slightly different drivers targeting different applications with their drive strength and VDD range as well as switching parameters. Please find below a quick comparison table of the 2 devices. Different drive

  • Hi Mamadou-san,

    Thank you for answering this!

Could you tell me the pin differences between those devices?

Look like pin #1~4 are different. Is this just because of internal structure such as die/bonding wire?

    Best Regards,

    Kazuki Kitajima

  • Kitajima-san,

Yes these 2 devices are different drivers with different timing characteristics and different switching performance therefore different internal structure.

I will reach out to you via email to get more details on what exactly you're trying to accomplish.

Meanwhile I will mark this thread as "resolved".

    Regards,

    -Mamadou
