    Could you tell me the pin differences between those devices?

    Look like pin #1~4 are different. Is this just because of internal structure such as die/bonding wire?

    Kitajima-san,

    Yes these 2 devices are different drivers with different timing characteristics and different switching performance therefore different internal structure.

    I will reach out to you via email to get more details on what exactly you're trying to accomplish.
