Here are the differences between those 3 parts, excluding Iq.
Transient response:
TPS7A03 has the best transient response, followed by TPS7A02, then TPS7A05.
TPS7A03 and TPS7A02 have a more damped transient response than TPS7A05.
TPS7A03 has less voltage deviation than TPS7A02, but approximately the same settling time.
Cost. 1k price (1000 units):
TPS7A05 = $0.18
TPS7A03 = $0.29
TPS7A02 = $0.49
Input voltage range:
TPS7A05 Vin from 1.4 V to 5.5 V
TPS7A02 and TPS7A03 Vin from 1.5 V to 6 V
Output voltage range:
TPS7A05 Vout 0.8 V to 3.3 V
TPS7A02 and TPS7A03 Vout 0.8 V to 5 V
Dropout:
TPS7A05 has lower dropout than the TPS7A02 and TPS7A03.

Regarding TPS7A05 would you recommend for new design. Is it near EOL?
I know all models are pin compatible so this wouldnt be a problem just to know life cycle.

TPS7A05 released in 2018 and still early in life cycle. It is not near EOL.
