I am monitoring a 3V3 rail which requires particularly tight windowed monitoring. Using the worscase accuracy figures from the datasheet on the comparator accuracy of 0.8% results in the thresholds being 0.009V outside my requirement.
Looking at the datasheet section 6.7 states that measured over 41,111 units the measured accuracy is within 0.2% while the temperature drift adds a further 0.2%.
What guarantees can you give that the devices will actually operate with a comparator accuracy of say 0.45%. Are there process controls that keep the devices behaving as per the section 6.7 sample.
