helllo,

I have a few question about pspice model of bq25505.

I download the bq25505 file and make schematic with BQ25505 Transient Model and run it.

But when I try to simulate it, the graph shows 0.8mV on solar cell.

I think the bq2205 didn't work in its original operation.

Could you help me why It didn't work?

In addition, the table value of GTABLE is (-1,0) (0.4,0) (1.54, 1.5m) (2.2,40m).

Hi Joohyun,

Unfortunately, the transient model is very simplified and no longer supported.

Then how can I do simulation about bq25505 or bq25504 transient graph in pspice?

Also, could you tell me what actual function bq25505 transient model did not support?

Hi Joohyun,

I apologize but I do not know for certain. The group that supported this model no longer exists at TI. Measured bench test results are always better than simulation.
