Hi,

My customer is considering to use TLV62150 on VIN=15V, VOUT=1.2V condition.

I think that switching frequency is expanded in this case from setting one(1.25MHz or 2.5MHz).

Is this usage recommended?

If we concern frequency variation, should we choose anther device?

    Kuramochi,

    The minimum on time for TLV62150 is 80 nsec.  That corresponds to a reduced frequency of 1 MHz when the FSW is set for 1.25 MHz operation.  I do not see any particular issue with it.  If you need a modre controlled frequency of operation, you could consider TPS54320.
