    Franz,

    Unfortunately, I have never heard of an SEL model for any of our devices.

    Is customer aware of the SEE report?  This covers SEL testing and estimated upset rates based on no events.

    Franz,

    Thanks for clearing that up.

    At this time we do not have a publicly available unencrypted model for this device. 

    Since the customer mentioned radiation effects, this implies that they are interested in the WCA model that includes aging and radiation effects.   We do have an unencrypted WCA model currently in development.   It is currently estimated to be complete the end of March.

    When it is published, it we be available in the product folder.
