Hi Team,

Could you kindly share the figure of the below ?

TLV431AIDBV
IIA = 1.0mA
Temperature range : -30℃ - 70℃

- Figure 1 : Condition 1, 2

- Figure 2 : Condition 1, 2

- Figure 3, 4 : Condition 1, 3

I understand the datasheet of TL431LI shows the above figures but customer needs the figures for TL431A.

Hi Michiaki,

Can you confirm if you need TLV431A or TL431A?

Is there a reason you can't use TL431LI?

Hi Marcoo,

TL431A is needed.

TL431A has get approved as AVL but TL431LI has not yet, so they need some evaluation but doesn't have enough time for them.

Therefore, at this time, customer will use TL431A
