Part Number: TPS776
Can you provide the θJC and θJB resistances values for the TPS77633D?
TPS776 is an older device; therefore, the datasheet presents the thermal information in a different way than our newer devices. The following table for Dissipation Ratings is meant to convey the same information.

Thanks for the referral to the information. However is it possible to have a thermal model made to provide the values as needed? We are not sure how to relate the values in the data sheet for our modeling purposes.
