I have a questions from a customer.
We are thinking to use this as a Zener replacement due to its accuracy on “tripping” point. For this we would need bit more information on the cathode leakage current when the Vref is not directly connected to the cathode. The datasheet Fig. 4. gives only information on the case where cathode and Vref are shorted.
Do you have cathode leakage current (Ika) measurement data available for the case where the cathode voltage is much higher (~10…11V) than Vref?
We would also need this for following temperatures -40, 25 and 85C in order to estimate the system reliability.
Would you be able to help with the requested data or pointing it out in the data sheet?
