Hi Needhu,

Thanks for the inquiry. The BUK6D120-60PX is a 60V p-channel FET. We have nothing as our p-channel devices only go to 20V. The BUK6D43-60EX is a 60V n-channel FET in SON2x2 with 43mOhm max. The lowest cost TI device would be the LGA CSD18541F5 that has 59mOhm max. The only other option is the CSD18543Q3A. with 4x lower resistance. Probably not an alternative due to much higher cost.
