EV2300: Cannot read fuel gauge 2085 - using BQ2083 EVSW

Hello -

I have a Windows 10 computer. When I try to install the drivers for the EV2300 the installation fails.

When I launch the BQ2083 EVSW, I cannot access the fuel gauge data and says USB timeout.

I NEED HELP

Thanks for your response.

I installed the driver and I installed bq 2083 EVSW -

When I launch the tool, on the bottom corner, I get the message "Target Board Not Responding"

Any ideas?

Hello Sergio,

It seems like this is a duplicate thread.

I will close it, but have you tried ordering a new board and making sure the board has power?
