for my understand, Jitter major affect the output ripple quality, if you think currently your ripple is fine to all condition, you can skip the jitter test.

for other test, it is depend on your system requirement.

I understand jitter test is required mainly for digital signals.

May i know how  it helps in VR validation?

if ripple test fails, how jitter test help me to validate?

normally,  if LM5165 ripple test failed by jitter, it is better check whether the ripple injection configuration can be improved if you use COT control way.
