I want to know the exactly current limit of the Peak and Valley. And after how many circle, the IC will enter Hiccup Mode?

It takes approximately 64 cycles for device to go into hiccup mode. Minimal temperature rise in device (and inductor, if properly selected) will occur.

Are you asking about what the garuanteed specs are for current limits ??

If so, the limits are found in the EC table IL_hs and IL_ls

Yes; those are the ones that are guaranteed in the EC table.
