Thanks for reaching out with our questions and for using the LM5118.
The values look good for this application.
One thing I do suggest is switching the diodes (D3/D4/D5/D6) to surface mount device and that have a low forward voltage drop. the surface mount package will help keep the diodes cool. The forward voltage drop should be in 400mV to 700mV range.
The other option is to switch to a synchronous device like the LM5176 which will have better efficiency than the LM5118. Please take a look at the LM5175 EVM
