The TPS546D24A only supports the SMBus based PMBus communications and does not support an SVID interface.
The TPS546D24A does not support any VR13 rail requiring an SVID interface, Since some VR13 rails require an SVID interface, you will need to be more specific about which rails in the VR13 specification you are asking about.
Hi Peter-san,
Thank you for your response.
I understand it.
Do you have any recommendation device or solution that support the VR13 especially load line function and high current output as same as TPS546D24A?
Best Regards,
Katsu
How high of a load current? The TPS546D24A can support a very wide range.
Hi,
My customer has supposed maximum 50A for multiple supplies on their system. Now they are considering this device one or stacked as possibility solution. In addition, if it has the "load line" function, it is good.
best regards,
Katsu.
The TPS546D24A does not support a load-line or the SVID interface. I will need to invite someone else to join this thread to recommend an alternate device.
For a 50A VR13 converter with droop and SVID, please look at the TPS53622 1+1 / 2+0 controller
Depending on the Peak and Thermal DC current, you can pick either a single phase or 2-phase using the CSD95490 or CSD95480 Power Stages.
