TPS2065D: How to determine Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM)?

Part Number: TPS2065D

Hello,

I am trying to determine the DPPM for TPS2065D. I have found the FIT and MTBF estimator online here, and the DPPM sample size calculator here.

For the example of TPS2065D, am I correct in taking the Sample Size (57,428) and number of Fails (0) pulled from the FIT/MTBF estimator(shown below), and putting this into the DPPM estimator? The result comes back as: "Your predicted DPPM is 15.96 or less with 60% confidence" (shown below).

I will be doing this exercise for a list of TI parts as part of a six sigma analysis. Is this the best way I can get TI DPPM data?

Thank you!
