I see exactly the same issue indicated from other users:

TPS54335A: PH Pin short to GND issue
After a period between 1 to 6 months the chip (in the schematic IC1) shorts PH to ground.
I have other TSP54335A in the same circuit and just the one providing +5V is showing this problem.
The product using this circuit is currently in production and already delivered to customers.
Please see the schematic:
the circuit load 61 mA min and 168 mA max.
1.5MHz Fsw was selected to reduce at minimum L4 and save PCB space.
The circuit layout is the following
Top Layer
2nd layer GND
3rd layer (Can) signal
4th layer (another GND)
Form previous topics in this forum is not clear to me what the resolution is even if threads are locked and marked as resolved by TI
Help on solving this issue is really appreciated.
