UCC24630: About driver output.

Part Number: UCC24630

Hi team.

A device with abnormal driver output was found.

Do you have any ideas what the causes of such a waveform?

Ch1:VPC /Ch2:VSC /Ch3:VDD/Ch4:DRV

    If you have not already done so, we recommend you use our excel design calculator http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sluc582 to verify that the external components around UCC24630 are correct.  We also recommend that you review the recommended layout in section 10.2 (page 32) in the UCC24630 datasheet to make sure that PCB layout is not interfering with operation.

    If this does not resolve your issue, can you please share the schematic of the design and highlight the specific operating point where this behavior is measured?

    The other board can works.

    So, I think that it is not a circuit problem.

    I think it is a bug, but there is no short circuit anywhere.

    What happens if the device is broken?Does it look like this waveform?

    If I understand correctly, you have 1 design that is working correctly and another design that is not?

    If this is the case, then for the design that is not working you may have a component that is incorrect or a component may have failed.  We recommend that you verify that all components are correct value and are not damaged.  You can use the working design to see what a correct measurement should be.

    If you cannot identify what the issue is, we cannot provide any additional support unless you provide the following information.

    • Schematic of the design
    • Operating condition where waveform is taken - is it a steady state DC value or a transient response?

    When I experimented, the DRVpin(4pin) was not output.

    Other devices had output.
