Hi, I have gone through the processes of getting a CHEMID and the learning cycle to create a golden file. After I load the golden file on a new device using the EV2400, I do the calibration and a basic charge and discharge test, I then set the GAUGE EN, FET EN, LIFETIME EN, BB EN, PF EN and LED EN bits then SEAL the device. My problem is that once I disconnect the EV2400 I can still discharge the battery, the SOC LEDs are working properly but the battery will not charge regardless of the state of charge of the battery. If I reconnect the EV2400 with the charger still connected and turned ON, the battery starts charging right away.
