Hello,
I used that device TPS6591133 for some time, use it for few designs
currently I have issue with assemble the device on the PCB, it finish re-flow and every thing and working.
During my stress and mechanical shock test it occur that one voltage fail, if I push on the device it is working, it influence on the output
it seemed like assembly issue but we tried to improve it by changing PCB pad size and temperature profile but did not help
please advise, are you familiar with that issue?
