Could you please tell me the max ambient/package temp for this device if your team has?
From my understanding, the junction temperature is dominant and those values would change depending on the junction temp.
However, the customer is checking the thermal information for the package. So if your team has that information or reference, that would be very helpful.

Yes, the junction temperature is what is important.
The maximum operating (junction) temperature of this device is 150C.
The maximum recommended operating (junction) temperature is 125C.
Beyond this it will enter thermal limit, which typically engages around 165C.
