Hi,

Whether the current limit of TPS54340QDDARQ1 varies with the temperature? If so, Please provide the current limit for the following temperatures

1)Tamb: 105C

2)Tamb: -40C

    The data sheet for this device shows the guaranteed limits for current limit over the full temperature range and input voltage.

    We do not have data for variation at a specific temperature.  Your design should be based on the values given in the EC table.
