You can find many materials from bq79606 main page.
You can also apply EVM and get started from the evaluation of EVM.
As for the application information about BMS, you can search it from internet to get familiar with BMS application.

Definitely, thanks for the clarification! We currently do not have a series or documentation structured similar to the TI precision labs series, but the content within the previously mentioned documents should sufficiently assist with developing EV/HEV battery management systems using the device.
We do have a "Battery Management Deep Dive" overview of battery devices in general at this link:

This is a more high-level generalized overview of batteries for lower cell-count devices.
