BQ25700A: How to solve error 'Device Ack Error' in bqstudio.
Part Number: BQ25713
I am using BQ25713 device in my custom board. I am connecting the SDA, SCL and GND lines from my custom board to EV2400 Emulator pins Port 2 with SDA, SCL and VSS pins.
Once after the connecting it turning on the Custom board and opening up the BMS and seeing Error message (Device ACK Error).
Target ID selection in tool is also correct.
Still this error persists.
Please note the connection is fine and What can I look into further?
Did you try the target address 6Bh? Make sure the battery charge controller is turned on.

Good point. You have added the points that I missed.
Yes the address is correct.
The Charger IC also turned on.
Finally I found the issue is due to selection of tool only as "Charger" option this is resolving. Not even Charger and Fuel Gauge helps.
