TPS61087: EN Voltage level on Spice model

Part Number: TPS61087

Hi Team,

Our customer is simulating the spice model of TPS61087 in Virtuoso. However they've encountered an issue particularly with the high-level voltage of its EN pin. The datasheet says that the minimum VIH is at 1.6V, but their simulation shows VIH minimum is >2V.

Operating conditions are as follows:

IN=2.5V-3.6V -> Ramping up with 10ns rise time
EN=1.6V-3.6V -> Ramping up with 10ns rise time and 100us delay
VOUT=18V
FREQ=VIN
L=3.3u
Css=100nF
Rcomp=100KOhm
Ccomp=820pF
R1=243712Ohm
R2=18kOhm
Cout=5uF
Cin=20uF

Is the issue something related to the model being imported in Virtuoso? Would really appreciate your inputs on this.

Kind Regards,

Jejomar
