The diagram shows 20k pullup to VBAT. I assume VBAT is the power rail to be switched to the load?
VBAT not mentioned as a pin anywhere else.
Should VBAT read VSS?
If so 20K is a current path allowed to go to a load
that you intend to turn off. Seems counterproductive. Please advise.
