got it,thanks for your reply.

but this case has been mass-produced, because the VCC voltage is the from AUX and customer find that there is a spike but the ucc27511 is not damage. customer want to know derating of the internal MOSFET_VDS.

or i think need TVS to protect for UCC27511 VDD pin,right?

Hi Tommy,

If customer expects spikes beyond abs max ratings of the device, i would suggest external clamp diodes placed directly across the driver's pins.
